Product Returns

You reserve the right to return all or part of the order within 14 calendar days from the date you received it.
To make a return, you must first contact us by phone (2621-401567) to begin the return process.

In cases where, with proven fault of the toucan concept store, products of poor and defective quality were sold or by mistake in receiving the order, in the invoicing, in the shipment, damaged during transport, etc. then we take full responsibility for the replacement, the return cost, as well as the shipping costs.

The consumer must within five (5) working days from the receipt of the product to send by e-mail with photos of the defective product in order to process its return.

The returned products must be in the condition they were received, complete and without damage and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product and must be in excellent condition, necessarily accompanied by the relevant declaration of withdrawal together with all the documents which accompanied the product (eg retail receipt).

The return will be accepted only after the approval of the company.
Returns without prior information of the store (2621-401567), WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

The return process will be done only with the same company (SPEEDEX COURIER) with which the product was sent for the first time, otherwise it will not be accepted.
